$5 Block of the Month

The 2014 Block of the Month will be Black and White fabrics. The fee is $20 to join and all rules apply as in previous block of the month programs at Thimbles. You will receive fabric to complete the 12" finished block every month. However, this year, we are encouraging you to take your 12" finished blocks and make them into 20" blocks by adding borders or smaller blocks or whatever you fancy. This will give you a 60" x 80" quilt (before borders). Tho help you along, we will give you suggestions for different borders each month. Use them or come up with your own. This B.O.M will start the second weekend in September, which means that you can come in on Friday, September 12th, Saturday, September 13th or Sunday, September 14th.
