Pattern Fitting Basics

This is the class that everyone has asked for! Learn how to buy the correct size pattern and then customize it to fit you. This is a two session class plus a private measuring session. Class will cover common fitting issues, and students will complete the class with a basic sloper that can be used to fit any future pattern. ****NOTE class times are 6-8 pm on May 3 AND 9. Laurie will be available for private measuring sessions on May 3 from 4-5:30, at 15 minute appointment times. During class 2 we will adjust the muslin garment that will be made at home. During the first class, students will learn basic principles of pattern fitting including hinged seam alterations and full bust and full hip adjustments.
