$5 BOM – Montage Quilt finished as shown is 58” x 78” Thimble's next $5 Block of the Month will feature two colorways - Earth Tones or Brights. The fee for this 12-month program is $30 to join. You will receive the fabrics to complete one block each month for 12 months. You will need 2.5 yards of a background fabric of your choice. Each block in the Montage Block of the Month is designed by Karen Montgomery. Montage meaning, a composite work created by putting together various elements. This program consists of traditional piecing methods as well as fusible applique. Optional Creative Grids Ruler is the 45/90 (CGRMS4590) *Pick up for the first block is June 9th, 10th or 11th* The rules----In order to receive your free fabric and paten for next month’s block there are a few conditions: YOU must bring your finished block to Thimbles on THE SECOND Saturday of the month or the Friday and Sunday that surround it. If YOU can’t come during that time, you can buy the month’s kit for $5.00, while supplies last.
